What Makes This Role Special As a Multi-Unit Assistant Lead Supervisor, you’ll support in delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring team development, and maintaining high quality and operational standards. You’ll assist in day-to-day operations ant two sites (Grosse Pointe and Sterling Heights) under leadership, help foster culture, and help ensure consistency in execution.
A Day in the Life Support your team and bakery operations at two sites (Grosse Pointe and Sterling Heights) while creating joy for guests. Throughout your shift, you'll:
Guide team members to deliver exceptional service
Ensure quality standards in cake production
Support daily operations and special orders
Help maintain a positive work environment
Assist with administrative duties and reporting
Partner with management on business goals

What You Bring to the Table
2-4 years of leadership experience in retail or food service (multi-site experience preferred)
High school diploma/GED (post-secondary education a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic business math and computer proficiency
Problem-solving and organizational abilities
Food safety certification (or within 30 days)
Flexible to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Able and willing to work at both the Sterling Heights and Grosse Pointe locations.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and able to move throughout the bakery
