Handyman / Carpenter / Tradesman Job Requirements:
Skilled Tradesman with experience in home maintenance, home improvement, repair & remodeling, carpenter, or handyman services
Clean background, valid state Driver’s license with insurable driving record required
Must have own basic hand and power tools fit for many job types
Your own truck or van preferred
Exceptional customer service and communication skills (you'll be working with a wide variety of different kinds of clients & colleagues)
Provide exceptional, honest, and fair customer service and team player with office staff
Strength, balance, agility and ability to comfortably lift 50 pounds and climb 24 ft ladder
Able to proficiently navigate tablet and mobile technology
Team player who can also work independently
Willing to take drug screenings and a background check upon employment
Handyman / Carpenter / Tradesman Responsibilities:
Completing small to medium repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects
Communicating with customers about scope of work and cost estimates
Insuring the efficient use of materials and maintaining adequate stock of necessary equipment
Collecting payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
Keeping company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
Completing invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
Performing other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
