What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking experienced, professional tradespeople who are:
Clean-cut, punctual, and professional
Problem solvers who can troubleshoot and fix challenges on the fly
Skilled communicators with customers, teammates, and suppliers
Organized and efficient with tools, vehicles, and job sites
Independent thinkers who also thrive as part of a winning team
Skills & Experience
10+ years of full-time, professional trade experience
Must have held roles in the trades (construction, remodeling, handyman services, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Must own standard set of tools to perform most of the work below
Must own a truck or van
Experience limited to DIY, home projects, or rental properties will not qualify
Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience in:
Carpentry
Plumbing
Electrical
Painting
Tile & Flooring
Familiarity with proper tools and equipment for each task
Must reside in the Illinois Fox Valley region (Crystal Lake south to Aurora), Kane and Southern McHenry Counties
