We are looking for a multi-skilled craftsperson committed to quality work and customer service, capable of completing all assigned tasks promptly and professionally. We need an independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and the ability to thrive in the variety of work we offer. This job will start as part-time and provide an opportunity to become full-time starting in the spring of 2026.

Qualifications:

Successful prior track record in the trades

Own a standard set of tools to perform all the above trades

Someone who is punctual and efficient

Enjoys being an Integral part of a team

Demonstrates the ability and willingness to meet and exceed customers' expectations

Ability to pass a background and driving record check

Requirements:

· Current and valid driver’s license · Knowledge of Trades including carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, flooring, light electrical, · Must have own truck/van and provide proof of insurance
