Multi-Spa People & Operations Assistant
We are seeking a Multi-Spa People & Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This unique role blends HR support, operational coordination, sales, and customer service across multiple Hand & Stone locations. About the Role
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in keeping our spas running smoothly—whether that’s assisting with onboarding and employee support, stepping in at the front desk to ensure seamless guest service, or helping meet sales goals. This role is a hands-on mix of people operations, service excellence, and business support.
Responsibilities
Provide HR support including onboarding, compliance checks, employee file maintenance, and scheduling assistance.
Support recruiting efforts through applicant communication, interview coordination, and onboarding follow-through.
Serve as a front desk backup at multiple spa locations, delivering exceptional customer service to guests.
Assist with sales at the front desk, including memberships, service upgrades, and retail product promotion.
Partner with Spa Managers to address staffing needs, operational goals, and process improvements.
Contribute to a positive team culture while balancing administrative and guest-facing duties.
Qualifications
Previous experience in HR, administration, customer service, or sales preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Comfort with working across multiple spa locations as needed.
Ability to balance guest-facing service with detail-oriented administrative work.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Retail management/sales experience
Experience in selling memberships is a plus
A passion for people and sales
High level of enthusiasm
Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
Demonstrated ability to coach while also taking directive from Manager
Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
Experience with a booking system is a plus
Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with disciplining
