    Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Centers is seeking a results-driven Multi-Store Area Manager to lead and support multiple franchised locations across the Southern Region. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a background in automotive retail service who thrives on coaching teams, improving operations, and driving profitability.

    You’ll work directly with franchisees and store managers to elevate performance, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across all locations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Partner with franchisees and store managers to drive operational excellence and consistent performance

    Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue goals

    Analyze P&L statements, identify opportunities, and implement profit-improving solutions

    Ensure compliance with company policies while fostering a positive, high-performance culture

    Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key business projects

    Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and ongoing development for managers

    Support strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives for the region

    Qualifications

    5+ years of experience in a multi-unit management or supervisory role (retail or service industry preferred)

    Automotive retail/service experience required

    Proven success in sales leadership and revenue growth

    Strong analytical skills with experience managing P&L performance

    Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams

    Experience in process improvement and project management is a plus
