    District Manager – Multi-Unit (Automotive Industry Preferred)

    We are seeking an experienced, hands-on District Manager to oversee multiple locations and drive operational excellence, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves including stepping into store operations when coverage or emergencies require it.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams to achieve sales, profitability, and service goals.

    Ensure all stores maintain high operational standards, compliance, and safety.

    Analyze performance data and implement strategies to improve results across the district.

    Partner with Store Managers on staffing, training, and employee relations to build high-performing teams.

    Drive local marketing and community engagement to increase customer traffic.

    Manage budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

    Regularly visit and support stores including providing on-site leadership coverage when needed.

    Foster a collaborative, customer-first culture that aligns with company values.

    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    5–7 years of multi-unit management experience (automotive or related retail preferred).

    Proven success leading teams, improving store performance, and managing budgets.

    Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    Tech-savvy with proficiency in standard business software.

    Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the district.

    High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
