    We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee kitchen operations at two dynamic restaurant locations. This salaried leadership position is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and brings a strong team-first mentality to everything they do.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee all kitchen operations across both locations

    Manage and support prep, line, and bakery teams

    Maintain quality, consistency, and food presentation standards

    Handle ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships

    Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols

    Lead and train staff in a fast-paced environment

    Quickly resolve issues and keep service running smoothly

    Collaborate with team members and leadership to reach goals

    Requirements:

    Proven experience managing high-volume kitchens

    Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

    Able to think on your feet and adapt quickly

    A team player who brings a positive and professional attitude

    Reliable and self-motivated with strong leadership presence

    Must have reliable transportation to travel between both locations
