    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Multi-Unit Franchise Manager to join our Corporate Headquarters based in Frisco, TX. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, driving operational excellence, and supporting franchisees in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving business goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations across multiple franchise units to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with brand standards.

    Franchisee Relations: Build strong relationships with franchise owners and their teams, providing coaching, guidance, and support to improve performance and profitability.

    Brand Compliance & Standards: Ensure all locations comply with health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and brand standards.

    Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to improve sales, labor efficiency, and cost control.

    Marketing & Promotions: Support local marketing initiatives and ensure proper execution of national campaigns.

    Problem Resolution: Address operational challenges and customer service issues promptly and effectively.

    Expansion Support: Assist with the opening of new franchise locations, including site readiness, staff onboarding, and launch execution.

    Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication between corporate and franchise units.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).

    3+ years of multi-unit management experience in the food service or restaurant industry.

    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a passion for coaching and team development.

    Proven ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business targets.

    Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    Proficiency in POS systems, scheduling tools, and business reporting software.

    Must be local to the area and able to travel regularly between franchise locations.
