Job Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales And Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to help grow company revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Service - Answering phone calls and helping customers by relaying requests to the technical staff or taking and processing orders for parts. Answering tooling questions and making recommendations regarding proper tool and accessory usage and care. Updating customer database.
- Purchasing - Ordering parts and accessories needed by customers and for inventory stock at the office. Processing orders from field technicians on behalf of customers. Interacting with vendors regarding pricing, discounts, and customer questions. Updating product database with pricing and descriptions.
- Shipping and Receiving - Verifying orders are complete and correct and processing paperwork including creating and mailing invoices. Boxing products to ship to customers. Checking, when necessary, to ensure that orders have arrived at a customer's location or following up to assess a shipping delay.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Able to work independently and also be a team player.
- Self-motivated; enthusiastic
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Deadline and detail-oriented
