WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING...

In a fast-paced retailer, you’ll be solving customer issues and acting as a salesperson, device technician, billing expert, and more. You’ll be the one on the front line to help us solve our customers’ challenges and deliver on our promise of superior customer service.

You’ll need to have:
· 1 or equivalent customer service or retail experience
Even better if you have:
· Customer service experience.
· Comfort with technology and how to apply it to solving problems and finding solutions.
