**
In office expectations: two days per week**
- Design and develop basic or moderately complex graphics, animations, and videos to support employee engagement, learning, and development
- Provide multimedia services to support departmental branding and communications
- Assist with the creation of instructional courses tailored to meet the desired learning outcomes and needs of the learners using tools such as the Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, and Camtasia
- Select, modify, or establish a design and development model appropriate for a given project.
- Implement stakeholder feedback to make modifications or adjustments to deliverables.
- Create Flash/XML-based reinforcement/promotional games and animations
- Create original designs for product demonstrations, quick reference guides, fact sheets, executive presentations, brochures/catalogs/flyers, web designs, videos, and logos/icons
- Develop and create print design and support materials including agenda booklets, banners and signage (branding), name tags, name tents, network maps, eGram announcements, etc. - Moderately Complex/Varied
- Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals - Moderate analysis
- Collaborate with a wide range of internal business contacts to implement processes, new applications and system enhancements
- Serve on teams and task groups for projects/initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned
