    Multimedia Solutions, a proven leader in designing and building innovative Audio, Video and Automation solutions, is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to expand our client base. Candidates must have a proven track record of selling professional services. Preferred residential Audio, Video, Automation experience but no required.

    Responsibilities:

    Generate profitable sales to local and regional builders nd clients.

    Develop appropriate financial models, pricing, and gross margins for customer proposals in order to win business and meet company business goals

    Develop partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders.

    Execute business development strategies.

    Travel as necessary to directly engage in face-to-face business meetings with clients, end users, and partners.

    Provide top tier account management to insure core customer satisfaction.

    Maintain accurate and reliable account, lead, and pipeline data in CRM system; report progress towards goals and account for all potential business.

    Become an expert in evolving Audio, Video and Automation technologies and system applications.

    Work in a team environment with designers, engineers, project managers, and service management to insure long term client loyalty and satisfaction

    Meet or exceed all sales targets

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    Proven track record of selling Professional Services to identified market.

    Experience in developing a pipeline from the ground up including cold calling, building new accounts, and increasing sales in existing accounts.

    Excellent executive communication skills and presence with demonstrated ability to engage in meaningful conversations with all levels of a customer’s business decision and technical decision makers.

    Strong writing skills necessary to create detailed system proposals (Required)

    Understanding of audiovisual, display and unified communications equipment, applications, and functionality

    Understating of control system products and applications (Control4, Crestron, etc)

    Ability to read architectural and construction drawings

    Ability to draft audio video equipment lists and basic proposals

    Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
