The TECHNICAL / SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST is responsible for providing customer support for all Multiple Listing Service (MLS) systems, websites, and social media. In this position you will learn knowledge of the residential real estate industry, associated software tools. You will need above-average general computer skills, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
