    A Bit About the Role

    This role will report to the Global Events Manager with cross functional collaboration with wider marketing and sales teams. This individual will have strong project management experience, and will oversee all aspects of event planning and management, including internal and external events, with experience planning conferences and virtual events.

    What you'll do:

    • Supporting event research and business proposal
    • Strong end to end management of virtual events is essential, including but not exclusive to, product demos, fireside chats and panel debates. Both live and pre recorded
    • Maintaining a working relationship with vendors and venues
    • Planning event aspects, such as venue, seating, dining, and guest list
    • Coordinating event engagements, including merchandise, giveaways, guest speaker duties and more
    • Staying under budget while planning event specifications
    • Managing invoices and payments in a timely manner, and creating comprehensive and readable financial reports
    • Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving,, directing event set-up, communicating with team members, and organizing vendors
    • Communicating with marketing team to create effective promotional activities for each event, and when necessary supporting marketing activities such as demand gen workflows and communications
    • Anticipating and planning for different scenarios
    • Strong ability to planning multiple events at once
    • Flexibility with global travel is essential

    What you'll Bring:

    • Previous event planning experience
    • Detailed orientated with the ability to capture and convey feedback accurately
    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
    • Forward thinking, creative and commercially minded
    • Ability to work in an ever-changing environment
    • Can work well under pressure
    • Proven experience and success working within a fast growing SaaS business
    • A passion for technology
    • Understanding of social media channels
    • Understanding for the sales funnel and commercially minded
