MultiplyMii is in search of a Research and Development Manager who will be working with our Florida-based client - an established company that develops successful new consumer products. They also manage a line of brands to make them more visible in the marketplace. One of their professionally designed and manufactured products is high-quality electric therapeutic massagers.

A research and development (R&D) manager perform a number of highly important roles within an organization. They are responsible for research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols into their company or organization and overseeing the development of new products.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.

This role is 100% remote work. 

In this role you will:

• Oversee product opportunity

• Review and approval of new product ideas

• New brand development

• Will manage and handle a product research specialist, product sourcing specialist, and a graphic artist

• Lead key projects to support business goals

• Understand customer expectations on the products

• Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers

• Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations

• Research, design and evaluate materials, processes, and products

• Responsible for managing product sourcing and graphic design

• Develop concepts, products, and solutions by working with the company business units

• Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting goals

• Document all phases of research and development

• Manage customer relationships and perform RFP reviews, customer visits, and product evaluations

Your capability:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Research and Development Manager, or equivalent

• Strong experience in Research and Product Development

• Proven ability to develop processes and strategies and communicate recommendations to executives

• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns

• Outstanding communication skills

• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices

• Experience with Amazon is an advantage.
