BUSINESS ANALYST - DATA ANALYTICS ROLE

In the role of Business Analyst - Data Analytics, you will deliver insights, intelligence, and data visualization of the business to all related parties in order to find the best business opportunities and make strategic decisions.

Your main responsibility will be to manage our master data set, develop reports, improve processes, and implement system automation.

You will also lead process improvement and efficiency projects as well as automation implementations across different business units. Additionally, you may be tasked to give support and consultancy to business units to continuously improve their processes based on data gathered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Systems

• Serves as the Systems Administrator for HubSpot CRM and other Business Management Softwares

• Manages master data, including creation, updates, and deletion

• Work with other stakeholders involved in data management to ensure we have an overall coherent way of management

• Builds systems solutions for process automation and efficiency

• Tests and implements business software and assists with strategic decisions on new data systems

Reports and Data Visualization

• Prepares Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports for all Department

• Identifies and manages reporting requirements for the whole organization (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Recruitment, Client Services, HR, and Finance)

• Consolidate data from several sources and build dashboards and reports with great visualization to help business users better comprehend their data and make critical decisions.

• Trains end-users on new reports and dashboards

Operational Excellence and Analytics

• Support to identify growth opportunities, optimize business processes and find the best to inform the business decisions.

• Identify key metrics to drive improvement of performance and prepare recommendations for adjustments.

• Design and implement end-to-end business processes to transform our business.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the value of data inside of the organization, by being an owner for greater use of data to successfully expand our business cooperation.

• Communicate insights and recommendations in data driven matters with internal and external parties.

• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned and requested by immediate superior.
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS in Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Management, Computer Science, Statistics or the equivalent.

• At least 2 years work experience as a business analyst, data analyst or in a related field

• Previous experience in process management and proven track record in process optimization projects / continuous improvement / six sigma

• Technology savvy with a strong desire to learn new trends in data analytics.

• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)

• Experience with Google Data Studio or other data visualization tools is preferred.

• Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide systems solutions recommendations

• Experience with HubSpot, ClickUp and No-code Automation Tools (Zapier, Automate.io, Integromat, Coupler.io, etc) is a major plus

• Familiarity with different business management softwares such as CRMs and ERPs is a major plus

• High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing data

• Attention to detail, documentation and solution-oriented with strong organizational skills.
