What we are looking for:
Multiplymii is in search of a Social Media Specialist who is self-driven, ambitious, digitally-savvy, and has deep experience in the world of social media. You will be working with our client partner - a tech-forward consumer products company that acquires and grows online brands across different product categories.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% remote work.
In this role you will:
- Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
- Post engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Respond to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor, track and report feedback and online reviews
- Monitors discussions, respond in a timely fashion where appropriate
- Help with monthly reporting and analysis
- Manually follow and grow social media accounts (FB, IG, TW, Pinterest)
- Coordinate with brand managers to align engagement activities/campaigns/promotions
- Set-up email marketing to communicate with our customers the latest news
- Create Facebook and Instagram ads to drive traffic to our Shopify or Amazon stores
- Work closely with influencers to promote our brands during key times of the year
- Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, influencers
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
About You:
- Proven 3+ years of work experience as a Social Media Specialist, or equivalent
- Experienced in planning and leading social media content and initiatives
- Experienced in social media marketing for Amazon products is a major plus.
- Practical knowledge of web traffic metrics
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
- Hands-on experience with social media management
- Ability to interpret website traffic
- Knowledge of online marketing
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
