  • Responsibilities

    What we are looking for:

    Our client, an Israeli- based eCommerce business that manages its own portfolio of brands, product development and fulfillment, is in search of a seasoned Customer Service Specialist.

    Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.

    This role is 100% remote work.

    In this role, you will:

    • Build expert and dynamic knowledge of company products and services and Amazon policies, procedures and terms of service related to Customer service

    • Research information using available resources to satisfy customer inquiries

    • Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding orders, status requests, complaints, product returns, and replacements to encourage repeat purchases

    • Follow-up with customers for complaint and/or question resolution status

    • Follow company customer service procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times

    • Develop processes for improving customer experience

    • Monitor customer feedback and ensure negative reviews are reported for removal

    • Monitor and prepare weekly reports on negative product reviews for assessment and improvement by the concerned departments

    • Keep up to date with Amazon policies, procedures and terms of service related to product returns, replacement, customer refunds and customer service

    Your capabilities

    • 2+ years of experience in Amazon customer service

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor

    • Display a high level of interpersonal skills

    • Good understanding of email/chat etiquette

    • Good customer service and problem-solving skills

    • Expert in using various e-commerce tools such as Asana and Amazon Seller Central, and other templates
