California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy is hiring for a Multi-Site Clinic Director to lead outpatient ortho clinics in within our Orange County region.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000+ (based on experience, location & incentives)

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 4 years of experience (in outpatient ortho is preferred)
• 2+ years of experience and a passion for leadership
• Thrives in a collaborative, fun, and growth-focused environment
