Multisite Clinic Director – Physical Therapist (Phoenix + Mesa, AZ)

360 Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with leadership experience to step into a unique growth role as a Multisite Clinic Director. This position will lead operations across two of our outpatient orthopedic clinics (Phoenix and Gilbert/Mesa), offering an exciting opportunity to expand your career beyond a single location.

The Role:

• Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics
• Schedule: Full-Time, M-F
• Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000+
• Comp package based on job-related factors such as location, experience, incentives, and partnership opportunities.

Your Impact:

• Lead and support daily operations across two clinics
• Balance clinical care (carrying a caseload) with leadership duties
• Coach, mentor, and develop clinicians and staff across locations
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and performance metrics
• Foster community connections and referral source relationships
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies for success
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and insurance regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Arizona state PT license
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; leadership experience strongly preferred
