Due to acquisition and continued business growth, MES seeks to expand our finance team with an Accounts Payable Associate. This full-time, in-house position is in our Corporate Headquarters in Sandy Hook, CT. Remote or Hybrid work is not offered for this role. Accounts Payable Associate's Essential Functions: * Works with internal customers and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate entry of a large volume of invoices. * Match invoices to purchase orders using Netsuite * Research problem invoices for resolution * Review statements monthly Accounts Payable Associate's Attributes * Positive demeanor * Demonstrate integrity and ethical standards * Able to work with accuracy in a high-volume data entry environment * Manage time effectively and adapt to quickly changing priorities * Able to work well with peers and management in a collaborative environment Accounts Payable Associate's Skills & Requirements * High School Education * Experience working with an ERP platform * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Problem-solving and analytical ability * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) We offer full benefits, which include medical, dental, vision, 401k, health savings accounts, generous PTO, and 10 paid holidays annually!
