Municipal Finance Associate
Our client is seeking a Municipal Finance Associate to join its established Public Law Practice Group. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated public finance transactions involving public agencies, lenders, borrowers, and underwriters. The role also supports projects that have a direct impact on communities throughout California.
The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of municipal finance experience and a strong interest in navigating complex financing structures, regulatory requirements, and public-sector legal matters.

Qualifications
3–6 years of municipal finance experience
Experience representing public agencies, underwriters, lenders, or borrowers
Strong drafting, due diligence, and transaction management skills
Excellent writing, research, and analytical abilities
California Bar admission
Compensation
$158,000–$205,000 base salary, plus annual performance-based bonuses.
