Data Collector - Temporary Position (SUMMER JOB OPENINGS) Real Estate Property Inspector Must be 18 or older, have reliable transportation and willing to work out in the elements Municipal Valuation Services is a Connecticut-based revaluation company headquartered in Fairfield. We currently have several Data Collector, Property Inspector positions available for municipal-wide real estate valuation contracts within the state. Responsibilities include interfacing with property owners, measuring and inspecting exterior & interior of residential and commercial properties and verifying information contained in the Assessor's records. Applicant must be an outgoing, team player who enjoys working independently. Attention to detail and self-discipline is required. Applicant must have the ability to work either indoors in an office environment or outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to travel to various municipalities throughout Connecticut via reliable transportation is required. All necessary training will be provided. Demonstration of excellent work ethic, qualities of reliability, accuracy, and consistency is imperative. Physical Requirements include the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, climbing stairs as well as the ability to carry 5-10 lbs. of equipment throughout the workday is required in the field.
