Job Summary

We are seeking a Floor Tile Installer Supervisor to join our team! As a supervisor, you will be traveling to different job sites, discussing the floor needs with job superintendents, and advising installers on the best product and installation based on job requirements. You will also be accurately measuring each room, determining the amount of flooring needed for the space, and using best practices to lay each type of flooring to provide a beautiful, safe final product. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, is interested in learning how to read plans, lay multiple types of flooring, and can work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Look at a job site and determine the flooring needs

Supervise Tile Crews to make sure the installation is done according to plans

Work safely and cleanly on the job site, following best practices from both the company and the flooring manufacturer

Communicate with job superintendents on schedule and work changes

Track the work progress

Report daily to Project Manager

Qualifications

Previous construction experience desired

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to regularly lift and move heavy objects

Strong customer service skills

Interest in learning new techniques and the ability to adapt to different environments

Bilingual: English / Spanish
