Murray Company is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Processor to join our accounting team.

Typical Duties & Responsibilities:

• 3 Way Matching
• Resolve receiver discrepancies with Purchasing Department, field personnel and vendor.
• Match all invoices with receivers and route for approvals.
• Resolve all invoice/purchase order discrepancies with other departments.
• Enter completed invoices into accounting system
• Respond to vendor inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Accounts Payable Manager.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be able to learn accounting software system.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous accounting experience a plus.
