Insurance Client Services Team Member Seeking part-time employee to work approximately 15-25 hours a week; could grow into more hours if desired Essential Functions: • Great Office Environment and technology to enhance efficiency • Employer Group Benefits are available on a proportionate basis if working 20 hours or more per week • If you like working in an office environment, working with colleagues, but with minimal client interaction, this is a great position. Responsibilities: • Assist insurance account managers as needed • Answer billing question inquiries, rate policies • Utilize agency management software systems including Microsoft and Adobe products • Assist with policy changes & processing in an accurate, timely fashion • Assist Business Development Coordinator with email & mail marketing campaigns • Provide additional administrative support as needed • Drama is meant for the stage - we enjoy a drama-free office environment and seek candidates who share that sentiment Qualifications: • Good keyboard, computer, common sense thinking and writing skills • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients • Teachable/coachable attitude and willingness to learn new software programs utilized in our industry Compensation: $17-$20 DOE
