Special Counsel Staff - Attorney General Collections

Dedicated staff members handle inbound and outbound calls for the purpose of revenue recovery on behalf of the Ohio Attorney General. Collects delinquent taxes and/or debts owed to various state agencies; negotiate and establish payment arrangements, which includes processing online payments and instructions for account resolution; maintain debtor files, account review and follow up, documentation and logs, correspondence; utilize skip tracing techniques to locate both business and individual debtors; maintain compliance with office policy and procedure, FDCPA and IRS 1075.

Training provided, experienced candidates preferred.
