We are a Tumbling Academy, so we teach children of all ages how to Tumble. We are certified to coach beginner to advanced tumbling skills.
These are the responsibilities we require from all of our coaches:
After being hired the employee is required to take our 3hour training course with a multiple choice test at the end. This helps prepare each of our coaches the knowledge needed to be the best coach possible.
Employees are to always show up at least 10 minutes before shift time with a lesson plan ready to go.
The classes are split up into ages groups, you must be comfortable with working all ages.
Ages 4 to 6
Ages 7 to 11
Ages 12 and Up
We have classes on Monday - Thursday from 4:30pm to 7:30pm. You must have a flexible schedule in the afternoons to work with us.
For our trainers that work hard and are always striving to be better get rewarded. We offer incentives and raises
Pay will determine on experience.
Even if you have little to no experience with coaching we will still consider the position if you are good with kids and are capable of learning how to do the basic skills of tumbling. These skills include (forward roll, handstand, cartwheel, backwards roll, etc.)
