Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to spearhead our growth in the museum sector. You’ll connect with museum directors, curators, and exhibit planners to show them how Klonos can extend their mission, boost visitor engagement, and create revenue opportunities through immersive AI experiences.
This role is 100% commission-based with performance bonuses —perfect for someone who has expertise in selling software in the museum space.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting: Identify and engage museums, historical sites, and cultural institutions.
Solution Selling: Understand each institution’s mission and tailor Klonos’ avatar technology to enhance their visitor experiences.
Live Demos: Deliver engaging product presentations to museum leadership and boards.
Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Deal Closing: Negotiate terms and secure agreements that align with institutional goals.
Feedback Loop: Provide market insights to help refine Klonos’ museum offerings.
Qualifications
Proven track record in B2B sales, partnerships, or fundraising—preferably in museums, cultural institutions, or educational technology.
Strong network within the museum/cultural heritage community (a plus).
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
Comfortable with commission-only compensation before salary transition.
Passion for art, history, culture, and innovative technology.
Ability to shorten the sales cycle.
Earnings Potential
This is a high-commission, uncapped earnings role. Successful representatives can earn well above market averages through closed deals, with additional bonuses for high-value partnerships. Our pay is as followed:
- Pick one of your first 3 deals for a 75% commission on the upfront of the deal
- All deals following will have a 20% commission on each sale or a 25% commission on each sale over 10k.
