Summary: This role is responsible for directing Harvest Worship in Atlanta through providing a core values & servant leadership values culture of excellent worship, and creatively planning the worship aspect of experiences with other Harvest Worship leadership.

General Spiritual Requirements: Be a Christian for at least two years Be or will become a faithful, tithing Harvester If the head of household, lead their families according to 1 Timothy 3:4-5 - "One who rules his own house well, having his children in submission with all reverence (for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?)
