    About the Role:

    Church In The Son, Inc. is looking for a passionate and talented Music Director/Worship Admin to lead and inspire our congregation through the power of music and worship. Based in Orlando, FL, this is an incredible opportunity to combine your musical gifts with administrative excellence in a faith-driven environment.     Responsibilities:

    Lead and direct weekly worship services, including Sunday services and special events

    Recruit, schedule, and rehearse worship team members, vocalists, and musicians

    Select and curate worship music that aligns with the church's vision and message

    Oversee all audio/visual and technical needs related to worship productions

    Manage worship ministry administrative duties including scheduling, budgeting, and communications

    Collaborate with pastoral staff to ensure cohesive and Spirit-led worship experiences

    Develop and mentor worship team volunteers and musicians for spiritual and musical growth

    Schedule would be Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 32 hours average

    Requirements:

    Demonstrated experience leading worship in a church or ministry setting

    Proficiency in vocals, piano, guitar, or other musical instruments

    Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail

    Familiarity with worship software such as Planning Center, ProPresenter, or similar platforms

    Excellent interpersonal and team leadership abilities

    Active Christian faith and alignment with the church's doctrinal beliefs

    Degree in Music, Worship Ministry, or related field preferred
