About the Role: Leading Note Studios is more than a music school — it’s a vibe. A joyful, creative, and empowering one. We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic musician to join our supportive and upbeat team. Piano knowledge is encouraged but not required.
This teaching position offers flexible scheduling with two options:
A 30-hour/week position that includes full-time benefits paid by the company
A part-time schedule with limited benefits, ideal for those seeking fewer hours or balancing other commitments
Pay ranges from $21.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Compensation: Compensation is based on teaching experience, education, and demonstrated expertise. The hourly rate ranges from $21.00 to $32.00. Candidates with advanced skills or significant teaching experience may be placed higher within the range, while those newer to the profession may start at the entry level. We regularly review performance and growth for opportunities to increase compensation over time.

What You’ll Do:
Guide students through warm-ups, technique, sight-reading, rhythm work, and ensemble singing
Teach vocal performance, music theory, and audition prep
Help students build confidence for recitals, performances, and college applications
Create a welcoming, empowering space where every student feels heard and supported
What You Bring:
A love of music and working with children and teens
Strong background in musical skills
Ability to read music and teach theory
Basic piano skills (Primer level or higher)
College-level music education or equivalent experience
Clear background check
