About the Role:
School of Rock Randolph is looking for a passionate and talented Multi Instrument Instructor to inspire the next generation of performers! This is an exciting opportunity to share your love of music in a dynamic, performance-driven environment where students truly rock. Preferred applicant age is 20 years and older, must be willing to work Saturdays. Strong need for voice/vocals and piano/keys.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one drum, vocal, keys, guitar, or bass instruction to students of varying ages and skill levels
Develop personalized lesson plans aligned with each student's musical goals and abilities
Prepare students for live stage shows
Teach proper musical technique and stage presence
Collaborate with other instructors and music directors to support ensemble rehearsals
Track student progress and communicate updates with parents and staff
Maintain a fun, encouraging, and structured learning environment
Requirements:
Proficiency in your instruments with a strong foundation in music theory and technique
Prior teaching or instructional experience preferred
Ability to teach students of all ages, beginners to advanced levels preferred
Familiarity with a wide range of musical genres including rock, pop, metal, and classic hits
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and passionate about music education
Experience performing live is a plus
