About the Role:

Pearson House of Rock LLC is looking for a passionate and talented Music Instructor to join their team in Cornelius, NC! Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate music lessons tailored to individual student skill levels

Instruct students in one or more instruments (we offer guitar, bass, keys, drums), vocals, or music theory

Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents

Maintain a positive, encouraging, and structured learning environment

Participate in performances and special events as needed

Requirements:

Proficiency in one or more instruments (guitar, bass, keys, drums) or vocal performance

Prior teaching, tutoring, or music instruction experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with students of varying ages and experience levels

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
