Early Childhood Development (Little Wing/Rookies Instructor)

Music Instruction:

As a Little Wing and Rookies Instructor, you will be responsible to facilitate multiple 45 minute weekly group classes that teach young children the fundamentals of music through School of Rock's patented music curriculum. The most important skillset for the job is to help create a safe, fun and constructive environment to help students foster their love of music and artistic expression.

Customer Connection:

Communicate with parents on the progress of students by creating quality lesson notes and curating all necessary curriculum preparation and execution

Skill Requirements:

Enthusiastic, flexible, patient, and positive demeanor

Passion for teaching

>1 year of experience teaching children ages 3-6

Strong classroom management skills

Requires weekend (Saturday) availability

Knowledge of music theory and curriculum design

Strong customer relations skills

Strong organizational skills

Resourceful; good problem-solver

Works well under pressure
