About the Role:

Leading Note Studios has a really fun, positive, happy vibe, and we're hiring a Part-Time Music Teacher to join a chill work fam that cares about you. You will be teaching 18 - 30 hours a week, and the starting pay is $21/hour and could be much more depending on skill and teaching history! You must be able to teach theory and read music.

Performance Opportunities

Responsibilities:

Introduce music techniques, scales, sight-reading, note reading, rhythm, metronome practice, and ensemble performance.

Teach music theory, composition, and performance techniques.

Prepare students for auditions, live performances, recitals, college applications, and a life filled with music.

Requirements:

Love of children and passion for singing

College-level musical education

Ability to pass a background check

Basic understanding of Primer-level piano.
