About the Role:

Join our store as a Voice/Piano/Guitar Instructor, where you will inspire and nurture the next generation of vocal talent. Being able to teach other instruments is helpful. Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group voice/piano/guitar lessons for students of varying skill levels.

Develop customized lesson plans to enhance vocal/piano/guitar techniques and performance skills.

Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and auditions.

Encourage creativity and self-expression through vocal exercises and song selection.

Provide constructive feedback and support to foster student improvement.

Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.

Collaborate with fellow instructors to create enriching musical experiences.

Stay current with vocal pedagogy trends and techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Music, Vocal Performance, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in teaching voice/piano/guitar, with a strong understanding of vocal techniques.

Teaching skills can be weighted over degrees given a resume supports the experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for music education and nurturing student talent.

Ability to create a supportive and motivating atmosphere.

Experience with performance coaching and preparation.

Knowledge of various musical genres and styles.

Willingness to participate in community events and performances.
