Responsibilities: • Collaborate with music instructors based in Washington D.C., DC, US to create engaging lesson plans tailored to students' needs. • Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment for music instruction sessions at Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center (LTYC). • Provide personalized support to students requiring additional assistance in grasping musical concepts. • Assist in the organization and upkeep of musical equipment and supplies at the facility. • Partner closely with LTYC instructors to establish an interactive and enriching educational setting for students. Qualifications: • Proven experience with one or more musical instruments (e.g., piano, guitar, violin, drums, etc.). • Previous teaching or instructional experience is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with both students and staff. • Passion for music education and commitment to student success. • Basic administrative skills and proficiency with standard office software.
