    1. Enter invoices into the Accounts Payable system. Invoices to be processed include those for Selling & G&A, New York Office, Marketing, etc. Prepare twice weekly check proposal, coordinating with AP teammates.

    1. Review purchase orders, vendor invoices and purchasing reports (matching error) to determine the reason(s) invoices are not opened for payment and make the necessary inquiries/obtain the necessary approvals to reconcile discrepancies.

    1. Cross–train with AP teammates, provide departmental coverage as needed, assist with preparing invoices for external imaging, compile invoices for audits as requested. Review employee Travel & Entertainment requests and enter into A/P system.

    Required Skills

    The position requires that the candidate works on a structured system and within clearly defined parameters (SAP). The position also involves mathematical calculations including the use of decimals/percentages. Additionally, it is necessary for this position to gather data from multiple reports/sources and utilize problem-solving skills to complete duties.

    Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience, preference given to those with AP experience using SAP.

    Required Experience

    Associates in Accounting or Business preferred.

    Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience, preference given to those with AP experience using SAP.

    10 key calculator, Microsoft including (minimum) basic to intermediate Excel and Outlook; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
