Checking customers into our system using the queue
Scheduling technical support appointments
Handling customer service issues with various departments within Verizon Wireless
Transitioning potential leads to sales representatives
Account management for Verizon Wireless customers, including assisting with plan changes and insurance claims

Requirements:
Must be over 18 years of age
Positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
Proficiency and understanding of mobile technology
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from shifts
Availability to work weekends and weekdays minimum 20 hours per week
No sales experience required, career-oriented individuals preferred
