    MuteSix is seeking an experienced B2B Digital Marketing Manager to scale the MuteSix social media portfolio. The successful candidate will be a thought leader in the social media space and will work cross-functionally with subject-matter experts to drive business growth.

    The Digital Marketing Manager will use strategic insight and creative thinking to curate social media strategies and content for several platforms, including, but not limited to, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, TikTok and Clubhouse. The ideal candidate will have a passion for curating compelling social media content and the ability to identify lead generating opportunities on various social platforms.

    Job Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Utilize a B2B lead generation approach when developing social media strategies unique to each social media platform.

    • Build a comprehensive social media calendar using a content-driven, lead-generating and community-engagement approach.

    • Craft engaging and timely content to generate awareness of MuteSix’s services and digital marketing expertise; establish MuteSix as a thought leader in the DTC digital marketing community.

    • Perform keyword research and tracking to source relevant posts to engage with.

    • Write, schedule and publish all social media posts.

    • Master the MuteSix brand voice.

    • Analyze social media performance and utilize data insights to adjust content as needed.

    • Identify prospects and leads on social platforms and relay those leads to the business development team.

    • Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to gather content for posts.

    • Monitor and draft responses to incoming messages and mentions; Collaborate with appropriate channel leads, as needed, to draft strategic replies to relevant and top-performing posts.

    • Coordinate content needed for all posts, including graphics, infographics, videos, gifs, links, and calls to action.

    • Work in partnership with a dedicated graphic designer/video editor to produce compelling content for each platform.

    • Ensure all Facebook campaigns, Google Ads, and Bing Ads are optimized to bring highly targeted traffic while also ensuring a very strong ROI.

    • Regularly consult with the Ads Manager, SEO team, and other stakeholders to ensure Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook strategies are in line with budget and overall marketing goals.

    • Monitor the success of campaigns using various reporting tools.

    • Analyze campaign metrics/data and provide interpretation and suggestions for improving performance.

    • Conduct AB testing across ads and landing pages.

    • Review traffic in Google Analytics.

    • Strategize, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns from conception to creative to execution to analysis.

    • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.

    • Remain on the forefront of what’s innovative in social media by following industry news and trends.

    • Stay up to date on platform changes, new offerings and best practices and experiment with emerging tools and techniques.

    • Support internal marketing and business development teams, as needed.

    Qualifications

    • 2-4 years of professional experience in social media (specifically Twitter, Clubhouse, Facebook, Instagram, etc)

    • 2+ years of Paid Facebook Advertising experience (Blueprint certified preferred)

    • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics

    • Subject matter expert in performance marketing space with a strong institutional knowledge of Twitter Ads products

    • Experience building and maintaining a social media calendar, posting on behalf of an organization and developing social media content

    • Experience working with design teams

    • Professional experience with social media monitoring tools, such as Sprout, Keyhole or Muck Rack

    • Strong copywriting, grammar and spelling skills

    • Expert writer, editor and communicator who can turn basic topics or ideas into compelling social posts

    • Experience developing effective social media strategies for businesses with an emphasis on lead generation

    • Experience with keyword research

    • Impeccable attention to detail

    • Ability to research and learn quickly

    • Strong organizational skills

    • Comfortable speaking to upper management to relay and discuss information needed for content creation

    • Collaborative attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive and excel in a challenging, fast-paced environment

    EDUCATION

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or relevant field.
