Job Description
Responsibilities
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting deliverables surrounding campaign performance
Ensure that all data-gathering requirements for reporting projects are technically fulfilled
Ensure accuracy and quality of all data for analysis, and that all analytical conclusions/recommendations are data-supported
Develop proficiency with all software and tools used for data/campaign analysis and reporting (Including but not limited to Google Data Studios, Supermetrics, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, etc.)
Ensure that all deliverables deadlines are met, including involving all appropriate parties to manage expectations internally and externally, if necessary
Ensure that a broader view of client needs and strategies is represented in all analytics.
Assist the Client Success Team with daily business needs & initiatives.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams; sales, operations, finance, and campaign teams to ensure projects are completed.
Develop a deep understanding of client marketing and business strategies, goals, and KPIs
Maintain excellent organizational skills including databases containing of media activity and client performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
1-2 years of experience in Analytics or reporting-focused role
Strong knowledge of performance marketing and KPIs vital to ecommerce (ROAS, CAC/CPA, Conversion Rate, AOV, etc.)
Capable of navigating Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or other platforms.
Possess a strong and proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility
Strong ability to problem-solve, and to use data to develop/confirm answers
Familiarity with data manipulation, through data interfaces and/or SQL-based queries, a plus
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to follow through
Extremely detail-oriented and precise
Proven ability to maintain strong internal, external, and client relationships
