    Job Description

    You will edit videos and create motion graphics for direct response social media ads. As a Content Editor/Producer your main goal will be to produce creative web content that attracts an audience. You are passionate about social media trends and online advertising as well as a creative problem solver that moves fast and creates great content with limited resources. You are growth-oriented, rise to the occasion, and are looking to contribute to the growing disruptive digital marketing space.

     

    Responsibilities: 

    • Create direct response videos to be used in advertisements that fit into the client’s brand, speak to their brand pillars, and drive traffic to their website.

    • Edit videos for several client accounts at the same time.

    • Create high-quality content with quick turnarounds.

    • Communicate and assess creative needs with Facebook campaign managers and clients.

    • Ideate on digital video creative strategy.

    • Create video iterations to test on social media platforms to analyze and increase performance.

    • Audit current client accounts as well as new accounts to assess creative needs.

    • Evaluate and interpret video performance metrics.

    • Research digital ad trends and apply that knowledge to creative decisions. 

    • Create content within low budget constraints and quick turnaround times.

    • Study and analyze an agency wide library of direct response videos as well as Facebook and Instagram user behavior.

    • Shoot small scale video and photo content quickly, using the resources available. 

    • Adhere to copyright and privacy standards and company policies

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1+ years of experience editing creative content for social media platforms.

    • 2+ years of experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.

    • Comfortable executing a video edit with little direction or guidance.

    • Excellent time management and communication skills.

    • Ability to be flexible and pivot direction when needed.

    • Being a team player and willing to jump into an area outside of your wheelhouse.

    • Can-do, positive attitude, and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

    • Proficient in google tools.
