    Job Description We’re seeking a smart, energetic Client Success Manager who is passionate about marketing, technology, and e-commerce.

    This role will have a focus on Client Retention and Digital Marketing Strategy as well as will support the VP of Strategy in campaign development, building client relationships, and cross-functional team efforts.

    Our ideal candidate should have experience planning, executing and reporting on digital media campaigns, specifically in Facebook, Google and across all other channels. She/he should be confident, outgoing, and have the ability to be client-facing throughout the relationship. With a focus on client retention, the role will often involve dealing with clientele - we are looking for someone who has a natural ability to handle business-specific conversations.

    RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

    • Support the team to develop culturally relevant and impactful campaigns that connect with consumers

    • Assist in onboarding all incoming clients

    • Working side by side with account teams to assist with overall marketing strategies

    • Day-to-day project tracking and management with internal cross-functional teams (e.g. content, advertising, media strategy, social, etc.)

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve internal operations within the campaign teams

    • Create PowerPoints and presentation materials for clients and events

    • Media Attribution across multiple channels

    • Proactively reaching out to clients

    • Upselling additional marketing channels

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business, Economics, or related analytics fields)

    • 3+ years of relevant experience as a digital marketing or e-commerce coordinator, on the client/brand side or experience as an account manager on the agency/vendor side is a plus

    • Familiar with the fundamentals of Facebook advertising

    • Intermediate knowledge of content management, CRO, and SEO

    • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines

    • Strong, professional verbal and written communication

    • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands

    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

    • Experience working on Marketing Decks

    • Experience with planning and strategizing brand growth

    • Work collaboratively with Sales, Media Buyers, and our finance teams to define business needs and translate them into Data Analytics solutions
