    THE WORK:

    At Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage, Sales Manager/Team leader is responsible for managing 8-12  reverse mortgage retail LO's in assisting them to hit their Daily/Weekly/Monthly metrics as provided by Mutual of Omaha Mortgage. This position manages a team of Loan Officers backed by an unstoppable marketing machine with LEADS, LEADS, LEADS

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Daily/weekly trainings and call reviews
    • Screening, Interviewing and Hiring team members
    • Managing lead conversions and metrics
    • Managing a pipeline of loans and ensuring they close in a timely manner
    • Coaching and motivating the team
    • Assisting upper management in growing the HECM department

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience managing a team of reverse mortgage LO's in a call center environment. 
    • Would consider a manager that has managed in the mortgage space for inside call centers and does not have reverse mortgage experience but does have mortgage experience.
    • Would consider a loan officer with at least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience in a call center environment.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication list.

     

    Base pay roughly 120K up to 200K - 300K plus with bonus opportunity.
