We are looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our small concierge medical practice in downtown San Francisco. Our areas of expertise include primary medical care, integrative medicine, mental health care, and addiction treatment, in addition to a concierge COVID-19 testing operation for international travelers and local companies. Our practice is committed to the best patient outcomes, with excellent communication, meticulous customer service, unwavering ethical standards, and diligent follow-through.

We are an independent, out-of-network (non-insurance-based), membership-based practice, which achieves superior outcomes by utilizing appropriate evidence-based methodologies combined with outside-the-box thinking.

Initially, the role would focus on writing standardized procedures for immigration medical exams and expanding from there as appropriate.

Essential Functions :

• Perform physical examinations of patients to evaluate health and diagnose illnesses
• Order and perform diagnostic tests, such as x-rays and laboratory tests
• Determine, plan, and initiate appropriate treatment, and adjust treatment if necessary
• Prescribe and dispense medications
• Document medical information of patients and maintain electronic medical records
• Educate, instruct, and counsel patients and families on presenting health problems, treatment plans, and home care, and encourage and promote preventative health care and positive health behaviors
• Request consultation or referral with other health care providers, such as physicians and clinics

Requirements

• Must have 1 year of experience.
• Must have Valid NP license.
• Must have no actions on license.
• Must have Covid vaccine.
• Must have experience patient care and case management experience.
• Graduate degree from an accredited nursing school, such as a Master of Science in nursing

Compensation is negotiable DOE
