Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Insurance Service Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting with insurance-related inquiries, policy changes, and claim processing. This is a full-time position with great benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more. We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and is extremely detailed. Our focus is customer service. We have over 1100 5 star Google reviews because of this!
We offer great training and a great support system. Pay is base + bonus.
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person.
Assist clients with insurance-related inquiries, policy changes, and claim processing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the system.
Collaborate with team members and insurance carriers to resolve client issues and provide solutions.
Educate clients on insurance coverage and policy options.
Prepare and process insurance applications, endorsements, and other related documents.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
Keep up-to-date with insurance products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in insurance customer service or related field is a bonus, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask, run numerous programs and navigate websites efficiently is a must.
Must have or be willing to obtain necessary insurance licenses.
