My Gym is an amazing place because it allows you to work with children in a fun environment AND also be involved in the high-level processes of running a small business. Our core product is our amazing classes and parties; so, of course, your training begins within these areas.

As a lead teacher, you will be working hands-on, teaching “Mommy and Me” classes for babies/toddlers and their parents as well as physical education classes for preschool and grade school kids. As you become a proficient lead teacher, you’ll begin learning:

Our careers are upwardly mobile. We almost always promote from within.

Education or backgrounds in sports, physical fitness, early childhood education, gymnastics, dance, etc. are preferred.

Must be able to work up to 25 hours per week.

Paid weekly meeting/training is required Mondays 1:00 to 5:00.

Availability to work weekends is required.

Starting pay is $15 per hour plus party tips.
