Job Description:

My Gym is looking to hire a full-time, career-oriented Director to join our management team. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves children, has a passion for teaching and can be silly, fun, and outgoing. It’s also important that you enjoy leading a team and working in other areas of operation such as sales, marketing, programming and scheduling. As a director, not only will you teach classes, parties, camps and events with the assistance of our excellent training program, but you will lead and inspire your team to deliver the best children’s program around and provide excellent customer service.

Position Requirements:

Ability to work 35-40 hours per week including a weekend shift

Experience working with children

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Enjoys an active job and able to lift toddlers and spot children up to 9 years

Effective leadership and motivational skills

Results oriented and driven to grow our business
